Start by combining your ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until dough is formed. Add more flour if it is sticky.
Remove the bowl from and knead for 5 minutes Add colour at this point. Allow dough to sit for 20 minutes before using.
On a pice of baking paper make Santa's face by shaping an oval out of the dough
Roll a piece of dough long enough to fit around the oval. Attach this with a little water
Mould a hat shape with the red dough and attach to Santa's head.
Make a pom pom and band for Santa's hat with white dough
Roll and flatten 2 small pink balls for cheeks and 2 small red balls for a nose and mouth
Make a beard by rolling small sausage shaped pieces of Doug between your fingers and layering up. Start along the outside edge and work upwards. Lastly make a curled end moustache!
Find yourself a hairpin. Push the hair pin into your hat so the loop is at the top. This will be where you can thread some ribbon through.
Santa is finished! Leave to dry at room temperature for 48 hours or bake in the oven at 50 degrees for 30 mins then 100 degrees for 3-4 hours. Apply a clear varnish over the top.
