Ingredients: 2 small zucchini 2 small eggplants 2 different coloured paprika 1 medium onion garlic, tomato paste, olive oil, salt. Some feta cheese for serving.
Put some olive oil in a heat resistant vessel.
Put in the tomato paste.
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the bowl.
Add the sliced eggplant, zucchini, paprika as seen above.
If you do not have enough place put everything on the top.
Put in to the oven covered with alu-foil at 250 C, for about 45 min and 15 min uncovered, until it's similar with the photo above.
Serve with bread and feta cheese(optional). Bon appetite!!!
