Here are the ingredients for my Green Protein Smoothie.
Put the tea and kale in the blender first.
The kale reduces to almost pure liquid nearly immediately.
Add the protein powder, banana, avocado (peeled), and apple (peel on)
Blend until all solids have disappeared. Stop and let the air "plop" to the top. Blend again until smooth. You can add ice cubes to the mix to make it thicker.
The finished product! Approximately 400 calories and 29 grams of protein to fill you up at any meal time!
